Hiyashi chuka is a chilled noodle salad, commonly eaten on hot summer days in Japan. It is served with chashu pork or tofu, tomatoes, boiled egg, fresh vegetables, and ginger.
Cold noodles, served with Kayo’s special spicy, rich and savory TanTan broth (served warm) along with fresh cucumbers. Choose your desired heat level and pork or tofu. Specify spice level.
“Midori,” which means “green” in Japanese, is a dipping sauce made from green peas, matcha green tea, and tofu. Served with chilled ramen noodles, pickled cucumbers, and your choice of chashu tofu or pork.
